GM takes on the Malaysian women team

At 6:30pm on Thursday, 22nd July 2010, GM Ziaur Rahman will take on the top Malaysian women players in the DATCC Weekly Simul series. The 6 players that will have a go at the GM will be Haslindah Ruslan, sisters Nur Najiha and Nur Nabila, Tan Li Ting, Camilia Johari and Khairunissa. The event will run on the same clock simul format with both GM and players having 1 hour each to complete their games.

For those who would like to witness the battle, you are welcome at DATCC from 6:30pm onwards until the games conclude.

For next week, the GM simul is open to any chess players who wish to test their wit against Ziaur. There is a maximum of 10 seats up for grab and it will be free of charge. Those who would like to play against the GM next week (on Thursday, 29^th July) starting from 6:00pm, please send an email to najib.wahab@chess-malaysia.com and acceptance will be based on first come first serve basis.
