Big Prize fund for National Championship

Take note the name change from National Closed to The National Championships. The big prize money is expected to attract more chess players to participate as well as add prestige to the national event.

The venue is UKM Bangi with facilities for hostel stay.

*This event is open to all Malaysian citizens only.
Time Control: (90 minutes + 30 seconds increment from move 1). All moves must be recorded.
