IM Mas In Tenth Position

The Singapore Chess Festival 2009 which is featuring a number of chess competitions including the Commonwealth Open 2009 from 9th-15th December 2009. Three of Malaysia’s top chess players are participating in this major Commonwealth Chess Open 2009.

Based on the latest ranking crosstable after Round 8, it would appear that the positions of our players are now in reverse. NM Edward Lee Kim Han is in 8th position, IM Lim Yee Weng in 9th and IM Mas Hafizulhelmi in tenth position. They will have one more last round today.
